My Mom is there now and has been for about 2 weeks. The place is very clean. The food tastes very good, but is a little too heavy for her. The Nurses and CNAs all seem to be very kind and helpful.
Do not communicate well. Make sure you see your love one often and ask questions. Check and see what they are giving them for food
If I could give this a 0 star rating I would! They are keeping my mom locked in there and doping her up and they wouldn't allow me or my brother to tell my mom to go to his funeral, they wouldn't even let us tell her that he passed away!
Wonderful caring staff. My grandmother and.other in law was there when it was Lakewood The Pavilion at Crescent Lake is the best ❤
My mother was here for a couple years. She died from covid-19 due to staff negligence.and she along with others claimed to be mistreated don't take your loved ones here
