Lake Area Physical Therapy

I've only had one appointment but I appreciate how thorough an evaluation Caleb gave me. And the treatment was spot-on. Enjoyable, helpful staff. I continued my physical therapy at this location and everyone who works at this facility are fabulous especially Vicktoria and Cristina. A shout-out to Heather for her foodie ideas and recommendations.

I have been to countless physical therapy clinics , mostly to get coverage by insurance. Every time , I have absolutely dreaded it. Not here! Caleb found a solution and chose to treat me for pain management. I have been lucky enough to get actual relief.. even if it’s only for a day or two! Every one , actually seems to care . I absolutely love the energy in this building. Christina is so sweet and on top of it. As well as Caleb. I am so fortunate to finally have a pleasant experience. Please, Please do not judge the “OFFICE” by the “LOCATION” .

They are more interested in Covid theater than in helping their patients. The patients are forced to do their physical therapy in masks. My husband was refused his therapy because he would not wear a mask. The obese receptionist told him to leave the building. And they billed the insurance company and him. They wasted the medical treatment he had already received. Disgusting that health care professionals behave this way.

Very professional staff, clean and well equipped.
