Lakewood Medical Center

I had a great experience with this place. Kathy is a great job she's very thorough. It's not a fancy place. It's a predominantly Vietnamese medical center. But I've have no complaints I've gotten all my meds I've had great experience with thorough diagnosis and referrals to great places for further medical treatments. If you would like a real mom and pop space that's easy going. I think it's great

I think the reviews might be outdated, my experience here was very nice. Much better than any experience I've had at other offices, everyone was friendly at best, and stoic at worst. I went for a basic Dr's appointments and it was all good. No long wait times. Maybe there's some prejudice in the reviews because this medical center has a lot of asian motifs in their office. The office itself is aged and perhaps dusty in the room I got my blood drawn in lol. But for a place that works with Medicaid patients it's fine by me.

I have such a good experience every time I go here! The staff are amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and welcoming. They are organized, on time, and thorough. I hesitate to even write this review because I don't want other people finding out and then they get too busy for me! But they're amazing. Would recommend.

I had my doubts about going here due to the reviews, but I figured I would just try it out first. Here is the good: 1. nice atmosphere, and lots of beautiful plants in the waiting room. 2. I got a good amount of time out of my visit with the doctor and the other people there answering my questions and taking care of me. 3. I was not just a number to them like other places I have taken my mother or have been to myself. Places like Stride or Kaiser just give you 15 minutes and rush you threw. 4. Everyone I talked with was very kind and caring. 1. Something that people might not like is that they have students in training there. I do not have a problem with that personally, and the person who took my blood did a good job. I am glad that there is a good place like this for students.

I have been taking my husband to Lakewood medical center for nearly five years we had a couple incidents that were uncomfortable but nothing too horrible for all those years until this March on March 8th we arrived in the office for an appointment we were greeted with what are you doing here I said we have an appointment and I showed her on my phone they texted us the day before to remind us of the appointment. They had no record of his appointment and then further explained that their computer had been hacked and they lost all of their medical records for everybody for The last 5 years that's what they told us. We were made to feel like we were someone who was disturbing them by coming in for our scheduled appointment that they didn't have any record of. All medical offices must back up t
