The process was easy from start to finish, scheduling was smooth, and when I arrived I was treated very kindly by everyone, front desk (Rainbow), hygienist/assistant (Julissa), and Dr. Nancy Endress. What I appreciated most was how transparent they were. Everything was explained upfront, and every billable service was clearly reviewed before anything happened. No surprises at all, which is rare these days. Dr. Endress was excellent. She explained the inlay procedure and the reason for it in a way that made total sense, and when I asked more technical questions, she was happy to go deeper. On top of that, she was genuinely kind, and you could tell she took her time and cared about the quality of the work. I’ll be going to her from now on, highly recommend. Thanks Lakewood Dentists!

Dr. Endress is the best! Her and her staff and specialists work as a great team. Everyone is so nice and the office is very efficient. They do so much in house so you don’t have to keep coming back

Profesional and courteous. Everyone at this dentist seems to really enjoy working there. Both my husband Sean and I had great experience, including through additional work we had done. Dr. Endress clearly articulated what she was seeing, options, and best course of action. She and her team set a great culture, are friendly and cheerful, and made us almost forget we were at the dentist.

I’ve never been someone who enjoys going to the dentist—mostly because of some bad experiences with a previous provider. Because of that, I came in anxious and honestly expecting the worst. But Lakewood Dentists and their entire team completely changed my perspective on what good dental care should feel like. Right from the start, they were patient, and incredibly understanding. They always take time to checked in with me and make sure I’m comfortable. For the first time in a very long time, I haven’t had anxiety when going for dental appointments. If you’ve ever had dental anxiety or past negative experiences, this is the dental office for you! Highly recommend!
