‼️🚨‼️ PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE ‼️🚨‼️ My god! There’s way too much to get into with this place, but they’re super unprofessional, had me waiting in the rooms multiple times for over 40 minutes without ever being seen, I had given them my payment information on three separate occasions and each time they “lost” it, forcing me the first time to pay a late fee of $25 or something ( the second and third time I even took a picture of the form I filled out and showed them, but they didn’t do anything and claimed that since they didn’t have it in their system there was nothing they could do 🤷🏽‍♀️, and that I would just have to fill out the form again) , my dental insurance even called them one time trying to figure something out for me and told me that the lady at the time gave her attitude and

Always says my daughter's name wrong purposely. puts in the wrong information in her file. cant even get simple birthday correct. always gets the time wrong for her appointments. has attitudes. takes hours to be seen. I wish I never chose this dentist and im paying out of pocket.

So recently, I had an issue with an unauthorized charge and when I went inside and spoke with the manager, Cleo; She quickly handled the situation. I fully explain in detail what mistakes were done and what would be done to correct the mistake. She also threw in an incentive as a sign of good faith. In my experience with customer service, it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had with any management about a complaint or issue. Definitely happy with the overall service of braces the last two years and the customer service by Manager Cleo.

TERRIBLE OFFICE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM!! My experience with this office has been so stressful & awful!!! I have dealt with them for several years now trusting them with the dental care of my 3 kids, 2 of them with braces. This office has been collecting high monthly payments for my son's braces. I explained to them that I needed them to bill my insurance to help cover some of the cost. As a mother of 4, the payments have been difficult to manage and I made that clear. I have been staying on top of following up with them and they kept telling me it can take a long time to process for some reason, but they are on top of it. Many bad, rude, unhelpful attitudes later, it's now almost 6 months and still nothing. I finally speak with my insurance direct

The waiting room was dirty. Looks like they don’t have a cleaning crew. Then we were there for 2 hours as a new patient and only got x-rays! Said to come back for a deep cleaning at another time! Thanks for nothing. We’re not going back so we asked for our x-rays & they said we have to pay for them & bring a Power of Attorney if my Tía doesn’t come back with me to pick them up! What a waste of time.
