LakeView Family Dental Livonia

I went to what was formerly Creative Dentistry about 4 years ago for a routine cleaning, and ever since then, LakeView Family dental will send me an invoice (that should have been billed to my in-network dental provider) every couple years. I call in, write this review, someone gets back to me, apologizes and says I never should have had to pay that, and then they reinvoice me again 18 months later. This review will now stay up, ridiculous billing practices by this office.

Dr. Reid and the staff are always in such great moods. They are always happy and accommodating. They are very informative and gentle. I would recommend anyone to make an appointment!

The staff is so nice, I always feel so comfortable whenever I go to get my teeth cleaned. The new dentist is super funny and very, very nice.

Literally saved my teeth after another dentist butchered them, everybody’s so nice and fun to be around! Highly recommend
