Lakeside Walk-In Clinic

This clinic is awesome. The front desk are all smiles & very friendly. Ray has hired caring, professional & thorough employees. I have taken my 90 year old Mom in there a few times when she hasn’t felt well. We were in there maybe an hour each visit & she was very well taken care of.. we would have waited all day in the E.R. I am so grateful this Clinc is here in Hot Springs & I take comfort in knowing they are here for our family.

Visiting for the weekend (Thursday) and our youngest showed signs of strep. We stopped by right as they opened at 2pm. Doctors got our youngest in within 10 minutes and he tested positive within 2 minutes. A prescription was written and he was out the door all within 30 minutes. Staff and doctors were wonderful and down to earth. Highly recommend if you need a quick check-up!

On vacation from out of state and was feeling very sick. This clinic was friendly and diagnosed me quickly. The treatment made me feel better in a few hours.

Tick bite; got me in and out in 20 min as first time visit. Called in my prescription within 15 min of walking out. First rate thanks!

Won’t be back here. Came in for something I’m sure was minor. They told me to go home and take my own blood pressure for a week and didn’t charge me a co pay. Then when I came back they tell me I owe a copay from previous visit….. I was told something totally different. New to the Hotsprings area and now still looking for a PCP. Thanksssss for nothing..
