LakeSide Urgent Care Center

I took a friend here who needed an x-ray for an injury. Unfortunately, she fell on the way in. Staff, including the security guard, front desk, and 2-3 nurses came to her aide with a wheel chair. They were sweet and accommodating during her visit. It also helped that there happened to be a short wait.

I am a new patient to Lakeside Community Healthcare; and after struggling finding a good healthcare, I have found this place that motivated me to believe in healthcare again. Lakeside Community Healthcare staff members are very compassionate with their patients. I am so blessed to finally find a good place where I can be treated with dignity!!! Thank you Lakeside Community Healthcare!!!

Brought my little sister here today. We saw one of the PAs Ellie. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything to us so well and didn’t seem rushed like other places I’ve been to. He was also very funny, he had us laughing the entire time! The rest of the staff were also very kind.

Eli was a great help with getting my vaccine. His bedside manner was excellent! He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. Really appreciated the care!

The staff is patient and understanding. They acted professionally as a patient demanded treatment that is not done at the care center. They calmly answered the patients questions and honestly responded to requests that could not be granted. They dignified the patients requests, and encouraged the patient to follow procedural direction to fill out the appropriate forms in order to be seen by the doctor. In this day and age it's hard to find empathy or sympathy. In heath care it is critical. It's great to see that the level of care exists today.
