LakePointe Urgent Care & Medical Center

I can’t recommend this urgent care facility enough. So often it seems like other locations just go through the motions, getting you in and out without really talking things through or showing much care. Dr. Radovic completely blew me away with how thorough and considerate he was—he truly seemed to care about what was going on and took the time to address everything. I live in Lake Forest but work in Northfield, and I will absolutely go out of my way to come here for any urgent care needs in the future. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We had such a wonderful experience at Lake Urgent Care. They were able to see my son quickly when he wasn’t feeling well, and they also helped the rest of our family during the same visit. The staff was kind, patient, and made the entire process easy for both adults and kids. They even called around to make sure our prescriptions were available so we could pick up medications right away. That extra step made a stressful situation so much easier. We are so grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Highly recommend to any family needing quick, thorough care.

LakePointe Urgent Care is fantastic! Clean, great service, easy parking, kind receptionist, water bottles, coffee station, custom pens—not your typical urgent care. Dr. Radivic was terrific—knowledgeable, thorough, super nice, and helpful. Great addition to Wilmette, will definitely be back for all family urgent care needs. 👍👍

I had a great experience at LakePointe. Dr. Radovic and nurse Trisha were kind, patient, and clearly invested in my wellbeing. I called ahead to ask a specific question about services offered, and Trisha answered my questions efficiently over the phone. I was able to make a same-day appointment and was treated promptly when I arrived. Additionally, the facility is beautiful and the parking situation is convenient. I will absolutely return here for any urgent care needs in the future and will be sure to tell others about how wonderful this place is.

Great experience. Went online, made an appointment. When I walked in I was seen within minutes. They tested for everything. Of course I tested negative to everything but I felt, and had been feeling awful for 4 days. Dr. Radovic understood that I just needed to get back on my feet again and start to feel better. He made the necessary prescriptions, explained pros / cons to each, and reason for prescribing. Thankful that we have him and his medical center in our community!
