I called Dr. Friedman's office regarding a work status of one our employee, and the lady in charge was with a VERY BAD ATTITUDE. She even hang up on me when I was just asking for help. I was very calm, and respectful. The lady was very rude, loud and Unprofessional. I just hope someone takes the attitude of Dr. Friedman's staff seriously!!!
This review is for the Hispanic lady at the front desk. She is rude, mean, aggressive, inpatient, and not welcoming! How do you all expect to have patients if they are treating you bad from the start? The lady at the door asking about any symptoms of covid-19 doesn’t stay behind! She is rude, mean, and not welcoming!! What kind of place are you guys running here a jailhouse?? Ridiculous!!!
