Dr. Wermers and his staff at Lake Valley Dental have been fantastic every time I've gone in for a checkup or to get fillings. The office has a warm atmosphere with professionals who are caring, courteous, patient and great at explaining what is needed for your dental care. Highly recommended whether you're just in need of a checkup or extensive work.

Not happy, they didn’t bother to clear my insurance before I came in, and of course did not accept it. Instead of apologizing they insisted it was because I withheld information of some kind. The response to this message shows how they double down instead of taking responsibility. I had my insurance card in hand when making the appointment and never withheld information. I read everything on my card to them over the phone. I was told over the phone that they accept my insurance. I even found their office using a map generated by the dental MA website.

Great experience. Everyone from front desk to the doctor were caring, organized, and efficient! Highly recommend Lake Valley Dental to everyone looking for a dentist. They also have a really cool logo.

I was having an issue issues with one of my teeth. They got me in as soon as I could get there. Even being short staffed Dr. John & Becky went out of their way to help me. So very thankful.

Fix the tooth of mine ended up having problems less than a month later with it and having to go to a dentist out of town who told me that this dentist completely messed up the job and he should not have his license please do not go here because you're going to spend thousands and then spend thousands somewhere else
