If I could give this place "0" Stars I would. I got a new pair of glasses after an eye exam and the doctor prescribed me glasses with bifocals and I did not want them. I actually fell down while wearing them because my balance was so off. When I asked for a new pair of glasses they told me they would not make me a new pair. I was told I would have to wait a whole year before I could get a new pair. I didn't need bifocals. The receptionist was rude and refused to help. Please stop sending me friendly reminders in the mail.. I will never see you for eyecare again.. Super frustrating.. SMH

Only the 2nd time i've seen an eye dr. First time, I went to Alex and the prescription was completely wrong, so I never wore the glasses. Dr. Conroy, did a thorough exam, way more than the other clinic did. He listen to what I had to say. Staff is friendly.

The doctor is extremely rude: when i tried to explain why trauma kept me from doing a glaucoma test, he rushed me out without even giving me a chance to understand that a glaucoma test doesn't directly touch the eye. Would never go here, even if i was paid money

I missed a appointment ever since I missed an appointment. I had a drinking problem by God's grace I'm sober now but Christen is very mean and rude.vI feel ahead also dishonest and didn't provide after care
