Lake Urgent Care - Hwy. 73

Less than pleased with the treatment from the doctor the moment he walked into the room. My visit was due to something I thought was in relation to my left kidney area, sometimes a dull pain and sometimes a very sharp pain for the last week. The moment this doctor walked into the room, he accused me of being there last week for back pain on my right side. I’ve not been to your facility in quite some time and I’m not saying I haven’t seen you for back pain prior but this was not back pain first off, second off, I definitely was not there a week ago. We are talking AT LEAST A YEAR AGO and Id want a steroid shot in the bum or something. He also scolded me for having received a prescription for 800 mg Tylenol or something along those lines. He said no one should be taking that. I didn’t write

Mrs Susan and Brittany did excellent jobs they made to whole situation light with laughs and very professional. Dr. Kisner was very professional and understanding and did everything she could to explain things to me

I fell and hurt myself really bad. The team was very helpful and sympathy of my injuries. They explained why they couldn't stitch up my lip inside my mouth .I also hurt both hands when I fell on a gravel road . They were gentle cleaning up my hands and bandage then .
