I had a concerning experience with this dermatology office related to a biopsy performed in early January. I was billed by the outside lab that processed my biopsy weeks ago, yet I never received my pathology results. When I called the office to follow up, staff located my chart using only caller ID without verifying my name or date of birth, which raised privacy concerns. More concerning, I was told I would not receive my biopsy results until mid-March because the provider and medical assistant are on vacation. Waiting over two months for pathology results -- with no covering provider checking in his patients results- reviewing or releasing them -- feels inappropriate and outside normal medical practice. Be aware that this clinic is "paper based"office. The only way to communicate is to call and there is no way to send a photo, not even email. Odd for a derm clinic.

From the time I walked in everyone was VERY nice! The gal that took me back to the exam room was very friendly. Dr Jiang was wonderful. So nice friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this clinic. You need to book your appointment way out since they are very busy. For urgent matters they do have a wait list to get you in sooner.

This is a terribly run clinic. Stay away! I was a new patient dealing with an emergent issue — I showed up for surgery only to find out the doctor wasn’t there, the appt had been cancelled without any notification.

This office will not see self-pay patients. Even after I said I was happy to pay upfront with a check, they refused. Seriously? I even explained that I was self-pay when I made the appointment. Four months go by and I show up for my appointment. Only then did they refuse. What?! And you won’t take my money?? I have never had this be an issue with any other doctor’s offices. If you’re looking for a dermatologist office, I would NOT recommend this one.
