I want to start off with a positive, brownlee is an amazing dr. I had my son with stalzer and brownlee during the pandemic and they were great. Now I find out im pregnant 5 years later. Im exhibiting sharp pains and cramping. Have history of miscarriage. Am rh negative. And a blood clotting disorder I cant get an appt til october! I'll be in the second trimester before I can get an appt. I called hoping I could get in sooner due to my high risk status and abnormal pains and Carla was very rude. I had a baby a year ago in 2024 and this group delivered him. That experience was amazing and I really felt safe with them. Fast forward to now, I just had my very first miscarriage. The amount of support I got when pregnant was incredible. They were attentive, answered messages within 24 hours. Seemed to actually care. The amount of support I have gotten with this miscarriage is horrible. They never message me back in a timely manner (I usually give 4 or 5 days before I call in to see what’s going on and from there it’s another day or two before a Dr calls me). They gave Z E R O education on what to expect during this process. No one even told me I was supposed to have a follow up appointment post-miscarriage. I didn't even make an appointment at the facility, because the person I got on the phone (RENEE) was extremely NASTY! She didn't let me speak, she talked to me like I was dumb, and she told me she didn't know what insurance companies the office covered. I am new to the state, with new temporary health insurance, A LITTLE HELP GOES A LONG WAY, RENEE! Be kind, you don't know what people are going through. Embarrassing.

The older lady with short hair at the front desk clearly hates her job & is blatantly racist. The last time i was there she felt the need to tell me that i don’t look like i’m from here. ( I was born & raised 5 minutes from the office) She asked me where I was from & when I told her i was Palestinian she took it upon herself to share her personal views in an extremely offensive & disrespectful manner. This time I was wearing a headscarf. The doctor told me to she’d meet me at the front desk after my appointment. The same receptionist rudely told me to leave & that if i wanted to speak to the doctor again to make another appointment & laughed in my face. She looked at me with pure hatred & disgust. I’m even extremely uncomfortable with the mere fact that this woman has access to my home ad

If I could give a 0 I would. The dr was an hour past my appt. Still not in the room. Let me in nothing but the tissue paper covering. So I got dressed and left. Iunderstand emergencies but this was poor scheduling and no communication.I was surprised with it being a private practice.
