Lake Marion Animal Hospital

Took my pooch to these people and he was very sick with heartworm. They charged my over 700 bucks and sent us home with meds. They just told us "it doesn't look good" After a few days he got bad again so we took him back. Again told us "doesn't look good" And charged another 600 bucks. He passed away 2 days later. Instead of being honest and telling us, in the beginning he's too far gone you should put him down, they sent us home for him to suffer another 8 days. Almost 1400 bucks. I would highly advise you avoid these people. They care about money more than animals. I speak of the Vet, not the girls up front. They were awesome.

My name is Grace and today I turned 15 weeks old. Even though I have my own vet in Missouri My servant had to bring me to this vet today for an emergency visit. The staff were extremely friendly and fun. They must not have known I was Royalty because they only gave me two treats. So I'm taking one paw back but still they get 4 paws for friendliness 🐾. My servant said that I was worth the money. So I guess that means their prices are reasonable so my servant doesn't feel that they took advantage of the emergency. So six paws🐾 🐾 🐾 for their prices. I'll give them an extra 1000 paws 🐾🐾 for the fact that they encouraged my servant to feed me meatballs twice a day. Everyone at Lake Marion are so professional and kind. The atmosphere is so uplifting. The only vet office I'd consider for my fur babies.

All 3 of my animals go here(2dogs and 1cat). 1 dog has had dental cleaning twice with extractions with no issues. Staff is always friendly and accommodating with my work schedule. They also send text reminders as well to keep you informed when you need to bring your pets in for future vaccinations.
