Very comfortable atmosphere thank goodness. The dentist seemed nice and knowledgeable. The assistant Lauren was very good and super nice. I can’t remember the one lady’s name that went over my treatment plan but she was awesome and very informative. Elizabeth at check in who assisted me via phone prior to my appointment was amazing. Very nice and professional and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and provide me with information that I definitely needed. So far the experience has been everything I need it to be in a dental office.

I haven’t been to the dentist in 9 years due to bad experiences and dental anxiety. They were so kind, not judgmental at all, and Dr. Rob took his time to help address my concerns and the treatment I needed. Nikki was my hygienist and she did a great job, always checking on me to make sure I was doing okay!

I’ve been coming here for years, when it was still owned by Dr. McAllister. All my years with him he has never pressured me to do anything. With this new owner, I’ve given him chance and chance again. Every time I go in for my routine cleaning, they are always questioning and asking me to have a particular procedure done even when there are no issues. I have told them no and I’m not interested but they keep asking time after time. This type of practice makes me uncomfortable as a patient and I’m starting to question their ethics as a provider. Change in staff also makes me question this facility.

Really pleased with the Dr. and a really great staff. Everyone was so nice and made me feel more comfortable then any other Dental Office I have been to. They done everything to make me feel comfortable and they were real concerned about me . Thanks guys for making my experience very comfortable and being really nice and caring. 5 stars all the way. Way to go guys. Will be returning and letting everyone know these is a great place. Hope all you guys have a great night. My wait was short and the place was so clean and smelled so fresh and clean when I walked in the door and in the exam rooms.

I had such a great experience at Lake Hickory Dental. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly kind and welcoming. He took his time with both me and my son, making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. He was patient, gentle, and made sure to explain everything clearly, so I didn’t leave with any questions or concerns. He was especially great with my son calm, caring, and so gentle that my little one actually enjoyed the visit (which says a lot!). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional, compassionate dentist who genuinely cares!
