Lake Forest Pediatric Dentistry

We had a dental emergency with our 3-year-old on a Friday evening and our regular dentist was closed and not responding to their emergency line. We happened to call Dr. Joe’s office just 10 minutes before closing. The staff immediately told us to come in and were incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Joe explained everything clearly, got right to work, and took amazing care of our son. He and his team stayed well past closing to make sure he was okay, and Dr. Joe even followed up the next day over the weekend. So grateful for their care during a stressful situation. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I often mean to write reviews for businesses, but never get around to it. In this case, I want to make sure Dr Joe and his team get the recognition they deserve. What an amazing practice! Calling my daughter and myself by name from the moment we walked in, immediately putting her at ease, making things fun and age appropriate, never scary. Dr Joe and the team are kind, thorough and patient. I asked a bunch of questions and never felt rushed. He assured me should I ever have questions or concerns that I can reach out and he will get back to me, even on the weekend. We don’t live in lake forest but it’s absolutely worth the drive. Thanks for all you do!

We had a great experience with Dr. Joe and his team for our 2.5 year old twins. The practice is super clean and well organized and its completely kid-centric. It was our first visit, yet we were all greeted by name. They have a process they step the kids through to make the visit fun (see my photos). We were given the chance to accompany our twins or let them go on their own. We chose the latter, but then got the invitation to peek in on them at various stages, and to my surprise they were actually having fun—at the dentist! At the tail end of their visit we were sat down in a consultation room and filled-in our the details of our boys' dental health, what they should be doing every day, how we can help, etc. We left with a nice packet of information as well as some photographs take

I had an emergency with my daughter and they were professional and very helpful. They made her feel comfortable and they assisted us with open hands. The dental Dr. Is kind and knowledgeable. We will be changing to this dental office, looking forward to visits with our 4 children.

I dreaded taking my kids to the dentist until coming to Dr. Joe's practice. They had each of my kids (2 & 4) brush/water/suction a stuffed dinosaur's teeth before starting to get them comfortable with the sounds and sensations of a cleaning. Brilliant! My four-year-old is typically "orally defensive," but he hardly even noticed he was getting his teeth cleaned because he was so distracted by playing Wii Mario. Not only that, but I literally just overheard him telling his (remote) pre-K class, "Guess what? I got to drive a MARIO wheel while they cleaned my teeth at the dentist!! Look how shiny!" The teacher said "Wow I bet you didn't want to leave!" and he said "Nope, I wanted to stay forever and ever." Mario or not, it's obvious that every single person who works at this office truly cares
