I had a great experience here. Everyone was extremely friendly. The office and rooms were clean. It was easy to make an online appointment for a walk-in. The NP came into the room right away. Then, I only waited 35 minutes for the doctor. I had my ears flushed out (ear wax removal). It helped alot. The doctor and NP were extremely thorough and personable. I highly recommend this place - and I recommend that everyone get this ear wax removal procedure done. It was great!

The entire experience was really nice. Clean rooms and the best part is the staff. Each and every one of them was amazing. Dr Mass’s bed side manor was great and for someone who dislikes drs he put me at total ease.

I went into the clinic with extreme dizziness and severe ear issues i thought the worst. Dr Lim was so professional and caring. What I thought was a worrisome problem turned out so simple because of the care I recieved. Dr Lim extracted a pet hair from deep in my ear canal which resolved the issue immediately. He was attentive and thorough. I am extremely pleased with my visit.I walked out feeling like a different person in the best way.

The staff here are friendly, caring and truly seem to enjoy working and providing excellent care to their patients. They go above and beyond all the time. Thank you.

Amazing to have this option in our community. I used to DREAD going to the ER or trying to get in to see my own doctor. LFAC is a blessing!
