Came a couple times in 2022 and was sold deep cleaning (about $400 out-of-pocket) and more frequent cleanings. I did this for about a year then left for another dentist. I came back in 2026 (it's very close to my house) to try to get a regular cleaning and checkup. Was told there was an extra charge by the assistant up front, which surprised me because I have decent dental insurance which covers cleanings. After pushing back, the assistant said the dentist will let me know what needs to be done after the exam. The dentist was very nice, but after the x-rays and checkup they tried to sell me on an extra $6000 worth of dental work (about $1000 out of pocket), related to deep cleaning and "gum therapy" citing that I had periodontitis receding gums. I chose this dental office because it waa close to my house. I booked my appt online and recieved a call the next day to confirm my insurance and appt. I arrived to my appt and was immediately greeting by the staff at the front desk. I was sent a link via text to complete my sign in forms (took about 10 mins) and afterwards i was called back. This visit was for a cleaning and x-rays. My doctor ended up being Dr. Singh who turned out to be AMAZING. She was very patient with me as im a very nervous patient at the dentist. Her assistant Jonathan helped clean my teeth and were very easy going. They checked on me regularly to make aure i was comfortable and took breaks when needed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and professional front-desk staff who made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The dental assistant and hygienist were equally fantastic, thorough, gentle, and genuinely attentive. Dr. Mukbel herself was exceptional. I visit this office a week ago after having a horrible experience with my local office. I came in with doubts, unmet expectations, questions and felt like my concerns weren’t addressed. Immediately was wowed by the customer service and attentiveness to details from Sindy. Dr. Mukbel was very patient, reassuring and made me feel comfortable with taking the next steps on my dental work. Rudy was also phenomenal.
