Lake Area Pediatric Dentistry

Apparently when you miss one appt. That is my fault because I don't recall having appointment made for them. That was two years ago. I can never return to this dental office again because of that. I always thought they was good and went to every appointment that I was aware of. But now I'm told my child can never return. So for a parents misunderstanding they reject your kids. Shameful.

They kept putting off fixing my son’s tooth because “he wouldnt let them.” They would reschedule it for 3 months later and not even do anything about it again. It’s a waste of my time and gas. Won’t be going back.

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE IF THEY HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS. They do not accommodate and will harass you about needing both parents to help with your special needs kid demanding only one parent allowed. My son has special needs it takes more than one person to help him with appointments like these. Will never be going back and I advise anyone else who has special needs children to avoid this place at all cost.

My 2 year old had her first dentist visit today here. Everyone we met was sweet and went out of their way to put my daughter at ease. They let me go back with her and I was very impressed with how they explained everything they were going to do in a very age appropriate manner. Even though they seemed to be quite busy, the dentist and the hygenist both took time to answer alll of my questions. We are thrilled with how positive our daughter's first dental experience was!

I have been bringing my children here for almost 10 years. The dental service was 'ok', but the billing department is terrible. I relocated to MN and still traveled for these dental visits. The billing dpt couldn't seem to get their act together once the insurance changed. Because I had to take the time out of my day to call the insurance company after every visit, and advised their staff of this inconvenience, I was told to inform them of where they could forward my childrens dental records for future appointments!!
