Taking my business BACK to CVS. They lied and said my bc wasn’t covered by my insurance through my job. I paid $50 several times only to find out it infact IS COVERED as I was able to pick it up for free from CVS. This is why you can’t patronize small businesses. They’ll be shut down soon enough with all these bad reviews. BYE!

My Rx is set up for automatic refills but left me without meds for a week. I expressed I was concerned about being without my medication for a week it would impact other health conditions I have. I was just told that I'm on automatic refill and Bye.

I updated my address when I placed the order, but the update didn't go through and they delivered my prescription to the wrong address. I called thinking we could sort it but, they told me it was "my fault" and I would have to pay again to receive it. Their ordering system is glitchy and they have very poor customer service when you reach out for help. I won't be using them again.

Pretty aggravated with this place, I called about my prescription and the lady on the phone told me my insurance didn't cover it, and that it will be expensive and over $1,000. I know my insurance did cover it and if they didnt its just a quick call and a prior auth, so I then spent alot of time on the phone with my insurance company for them to then tell me they don't have any rejected medications from anyone, that no one has tried to run it, so my insurance 3 way called the pharmacy and THEN the pharmacist stated oh we don't take her insurance so we didnt run it. So instead of telling me that from the get go I had to go round and round to finally end up getting it switched to a new pharmacy.

Very limited meds available with little or not any of controlled meds. Polite over phone but not an option for me as prescribed ADHD meds not available. Was going to switch from large commercial local pharmacy to a smaller company but wasn't able to with two major meds I take regularly not available for purchase ever.
