The staff at the registration desk in the Family Practice was absolutely rude. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with hateful staff. If you don’t have people skills you should not work in a hospital or in any field where customer service should be paramount to what you are doing. The ER staff were so much more professional and nice. One bad hateful employee ruins it for the good ones.
