I made a post bout a year back that wasn't nice. And I regret it. These people are the best n try there hardest. I'm making a public sorry to them. "I'm sorry for the rating I have back then" and can't wait for my next appointment for new glasses 🕶️🤓 thanks to everyone in the office for the great job they do. Keep the good work up.

I stopped by today to have my daughters glasses adjusted. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I really just appreciate how kind all of the employees were.

Well, a friend of mine mentioned this place, I wanted to try some place new look around , well, I really liked the eye exam and how thorough it was, well got to looking at some frame's, found some I just loved, I didn't really want to wait for the lens, so I got me some sapphire blue transition lens, ,when she came out asked if I wanted her to transition them so I can see wat they will look like,,, OMG,,,I love them!!! Best Glasses IV ever owned,, Thankyou very much!!

I have been going to Dr Newland since he started with his father and I transferred from an eye doctor in Fort Scott. I have always been treated great at their office including all staff. I feel they go above and beyond the normal doctors office experience. Parsons is very lucky to have such dedicated doctors in our community and community minded. I have been on several committees and boards with the doctors and I can't express my gratitude enough to them and their staff.

In the nearly 80 years of my life, I have never experienced a time where I felt like a Doctor and his “ENTIRE” staff treated me and my wife as if we were the only people in the entire world that had a need. Dr. Gilmore and his staff worked us in for appointments on numerous occasions, making us feel like we their only patients, when we always see a parking lot full of cars.
