LabCorp for Optum

Very disappointing experience at the LabCorp location for Optum patients in Secaucus, NJ. The posted hours say the lab opens at 7:00 AM. It is now 7:24 AM and there is still no staff present and the office is open!!! Several patients are waiting outside with no explanation. This kind of unreliability is unacceptable, especially for a healthcare service where patients often come fasting and plan their schedules around early morning appointments. LabCorp used to provide consistent service at many of their sites, but unfortunately that does not seem to be the case here. It’s hard to understand how a healthcare provider can continue operating like this without basic accountability to their posted hours or to the patients they serve.

What a shame this place is. Closed while it says open on Google. No notice on the door, no phone number. The working hours are correct, but nobody there. I called labcorp and gave them the address, they don't even know there is a labcorp in this location. What a sham.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Labcorp. I took my infant in for bloodwork, and they immediately took my credit card information and charged me the next day. To make matters worse, insurance paid them a week later, but despite multiple calls and emails from me, including sending an updated Explanation of Benefits (EOB), they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. After weeks of back and forth, one representative casually suggested I dispute the charge with my credit card company, which I did. Now, Labcorp is sending me collection notices for the same charge that my insurance already paid! This has been a huge waste of my time and energy, and it’s clear that Labcorp’s incompetence and lack of customer service are to blame. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Do your
