This location was awesome! There is only 2 people staffed at this location and a lobby full of patients. I work in a hospital as a CNA I know what that feels like to have the pressure of people yelling at you for simply just doing your job. But the entire time they made me feel seen and understood, and with the kindness they gave behind the stress ahead of them was incredible. There was even a person who came in that was complaining the entire time that they were slow and not professional. But it didnt bother them. They continued to stay professional and get the job done. They were awesome. And when I felt a little dizzy after my blood draw they took care of me and didn’t leave me alone even though there was a lobby fully of people and only 2 of them. This Place was great!! I have been to others that were so jam packed it took forever, so I got there very early about like 6:45am. No appointment. I was brought back to get the blood drawn and was out before 7:00. It was awesome! I will be coming back to this location for my blood tests. They had just opened and I am sure word will spread, so I'll plan ahead again, but no complaints. Thank you!!

I’m giving this location one star due to an unprofessional interaction I witnessed in the waiting area. A man who was not a client—he was driving someone else—verbally berated a woman who simply asked a question while waiting for her turn and then had to leave early due to transportation constraints. Front desk staff did not intervene and allowed the man to continue his rant after the woman left. Later, staff laughed with the man and shared that the woman had called to apologize for leaving early, then continued making fun of her and other people, referring to them as “dumb". This behavior made multiple people in the waiting area visibly uncomfortable; I overheard another person express concern they would be mocked after leaving as well. I made an appointment for the same day, I arrived about 20 minutes early and was seen five minutes later. The facility is also very clean without being overly sterile. My tech was amazing.
