I had an excellent initial consultation at Labbe Family Orthodontics on Friday. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The intake forms were sent online ahead of time and completed effortlessly, and insurance verification was seamless. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The photographer was incredibly knowledgeable and gave clear, easy-to-follow instructions during the preliminary photos and X-rays, which immediately put me at ease. Tia, the financial manager, walked me through every step of the treatment plan, timeline, and expectations with clarity and transparency. Th Labbe family is professional, timely, and friendly. They work hard to work with your schedule. The staff are caring and patient and available if you need help or questions answered. They also have fun activities for the patients to participate in such a skating party and puzzles to do if you have to wait a few minutes. Often times, if you arrive early for your appointment, they will take you early. It’s a great practice! I would highly recommend them.
