La Porte Smiles Family Dentistry

I have been looking for a GOOD, Honest Dentist for a couple years, since my prior dentist retired. This place has met and exceeded my expectations. Dr. Sethi and the hygienists are EXCEPTIONAL. Dr. Sethi is very kind and listens to your concerns and never makes you feel rushed. She also cleans your teeth! Many dentist don’t do that anymore. And the hygienist are extremely experienced. In my 44 years of life, they taught me so much in my first two visits with them. The front desk staff are so sweet and are very professional when you call the office. That’s so important as many offices no longer bother with good customer service. I’m so thankful I found them and close to home in La Porte.

We've had bad experiences with dentists before but this office and their dr.s / nurses were amazing. So informative and caring. Seriously the best experience we've had with dentists. Highly recommend

Been with them for 20 years and things have gotten out of hand with the up charging. The dentist tells you 1 thing and the billing clerk tries to tell you what's going on with your tooth and why there is 4 line items for 1 cavity. She tries to explain why every line item is necessary when the actual dentist didnt say any of that. Billing clerk has the audacity to speak to you like she was in the examination room. It is sickening the amount they charge the insurance cause we dont speak the language of dentistry. Don't go there. They will milk your insurance and make you pay a lot out of pocket.

Every one was nice and efficient. The dentist was informative and nice. Overall my experience was enjoyable except for my tooth ache

Had an amazing visit today with Dr. Suresh Everything was done professionally and promptly. The staff were extremely friendly and the office environment was extremely and comfortable. Everyone worked cohesively and made for streamlined process. I had a filling done and it was done with an extreme level of precision and care while still being extremely quick. Both Dr. Suresh and the dental assistant Ms. Aisa ensured that I was not in any pain and constantly checked up on me to ensure I was fairing well during the procedure. Moreover the price for the filling was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone!
