La Jolla Post Acute

My Grandma stayed here in December 2024 and I am late on writing a review for this. This facility was great to my grandmother. Im not sure if they still work here, but there was a couple of nurses named Heide and Marianne that took great care of my grandmother. Thank you guys for all the help and genuine care for my grandmother.There was also another Latina woman who worked nights mostly, who was very caring and on top of everything. You could tell she really cared for the patients and wanted to help them. I do recommend this facility.

My Grandma was admitted back here in late 2023, At the time the building was going through changes both in renovation and management and it made a huge difference. My Grandma received great care. Shout Out to both the GREAT Nurses and CNAs and to the management for taking good care of my Grandma!!!

Lights are answered quickly. Food is good. Staff is exceptionally kind. This is the best SNF I've been in in the past 2 years Truly a great place, if you need a nursing home.

The care my brother is receiving after his stroke has been amazing at La Jolla Post Acute. All the caregiving staff have shown genuine kindness in the way they care for my brother. A special thank you goes to Sherwin Paras, James Rooke and Stephanie in the intake department who went above and beyond the call of duty battling the insurance red tape to get my brother into care. Also a big shout out to facilities Director Enrique Gonzales and his right hand second in command Gigi, who pulled strings with brass to get my brother a bed, as well as Luz Vargas and her billing team, all of whom went out of their way and way past what should have been asked of them to help us. Our family is forever grateful to the team at La Jolla Post Acute.

The staff here is great! If you’re looking for a smile, you’ll find it here. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. My mom is in good hands!
