La Grange Pediatrics

Just know anytime you go, there is going to be AT LEAST an hour and a half wait. Sometimes two hours. There is just one doctor at this office, but it still doesn’t make sense to wait that long at all. Another big complaint is that there are often things she could just tell you over the phone, but instead, they make you come in so they can bill you. Doesn’t matter how small it is. It’s just completely unnecessary to me. Our last doctor had no problem helping us with small things over the phone if she could. And lastly, the waiting room is always hot and not very clean. We had to sit next to dirty tissue in the chairs yesterday…

I sincerely appreciate for Dr. Suzie’s dedicated help for my son. Even though my son has seen a lot of doctors before Dr. Suzie, they didn’t properly diagnose what my son’s issue was that my son struggled more than a year. As soon as she saw the issue, she called doctors in Atlanta and made an appointment for my son. I realized that something went wrong. Due to her diligent help, my son could get surgery just on time and he gets healed now. Dr. Suzie showed the integrity toward a patient and how doctor should act. Again Thank you very much. I will never forget her help for my son and will teach my son how he should grow up with warm-hearted to help others. Sincerely,

Sat for over an hour in the back room with no communication. Super friendly staff, ZERO urgency

This is the worst pediatric office I have ever been to. The call and wait system is a joke. Just walk in and they will put you in a room,follow the rules and you will wait in your car while everyone else goes in and is seen. This happens to me and my husband EVERY VISIT. The building is old with a weird smell with no updates. I swear the staff doesn't even listen to you to help your child. Won't be back here and definitely do not recommend this office foe anything.
