Be cautious if transferred here from the ER during a mental health crisis. Beds are hard to find, so patients are often transported late at night. Psychiatrists are rarely onsite (mostly Zoom), doctor appointments are infrequent, and nurses often give misleading updates. No therapists are onsite; individual talk therapy is nonexistent. Medi-Cal patients seem disproportionately sent here. Check-in staff is disorganized, management unprofessional. Some social workers are confrontational and appear more focused on justifying extended holds than helping resolve crises. Don't know much about this medical center but what I went through is totally wrong.my girlfriend was at this Medical center.they said that my girlfriend would be there for about 7 to 10 days once I was informed about that I decided I should take her some snacks I spent $50 at the market.later in the morning I took her the snack I called her in the evening and I told her I got her some snacks and she should ask for at snack time so when she asked the staff they said she had nothing ,so that means some one is stealing mostly a worker and the hospital wouldn't let me make a formal complain some one needs to get fired over this, cause Im sure it's not the first time.no one knows nothing and they back each other up.its not the food ,it's the principal that the food belong to a patient.im sure

I am deeply disheartened by the appalling care my son received at this facility, where he's returned in a worse state and faced with unsanitary conditions, underscoring the urgent need for its closure and a complete overhaul for the sake of future patients.

Horrible staff! The nurses don’t deserve to be called nurses. Instead they should be called babysitters. Disgusting food makes T.V. Dinners look like fine dining. Poor facilities, both inside and outside. This place should be shut down and quarantined. A hospital is somewhere to be taken care of not somewhere you dread waking up to. - 4 stars.

I'm sorry, but this place is in such disarray that it feels more like a horror show than a facility, with rats scurrying about and patients unintentionally introducing bed bugs, making it clear that immediate improvements or a permanent closure are desperately needed.
