I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff was dismissive and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to be rushed through without any real care or concern for my symptoms. When I tried to ask questions, I was met with attitude instead of help. I left feeling worse than when I came in. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful or compassionate treatment.

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the laboratory this morning. When I arrived for my scheduled bloodwork appointment, the laboratory employee arrived 30 minutes late. Upon starting her shift, she made unnecessary remarks questioning who had requested my labs, which I found completely inappropriate. Most concerning was her verbal disrespect toward patients when, after being asked about her tardiness, she openly stated that she “starts whenever she feels like it.” Such words are unacceptable in a healthcare environment and demonstrate a lack of respect, commitment, and professionalism toward both patients and the institution.
