Warning if you have *chronic back pain or any injuries* - maybe not the place for you! I had one negative experience at this spa for a full body, hour long massage. I had high hopes and appreciated the fair pricing and ability to schedule a massage quickly, however the service was disappointing. Overall their space is fine, clean, and calming, didn’t have a problem with any of that. The actual massage felt fast and hard, rough, and not experienced. It felt as though the masseuse had been self-taught and tried some random techniques with a lot of pressure. Unfortunately I sat through the whole massage (I wish I left early, I did ask her to be more careful or use less pressure sometimes) even as she rubbed over my spine multiple times, thinking perhaps it was a different cultural version o

I heard such great things about this La Bella Day Spa, but I was disappointed with their service. I scheduled a 1-hour foot rub, and I waited 20 mins of my hour for someone to come to me. Finally, someone started,but then was shooed away a few minutes later by the front desk lady and she began my service. Then, during she was answering calls and making appointments during my whole session. When I left, she actually asked me to tip her. I was offended by that but still tipped. She also told me that I could not book a future time because I would forget. It was not a very peaceful foot rub because the treatment space was at the front by the door where people were checking in and out by the door, and of course the rude service I received by not getting my full hour and my session constantly b

The massage was okay, although at times I had to tell the masseuse that she was hurting me. I also was not pleased at being strong armed at checkout into leaving the tip amount that the place dictates. Prices there are good, but I've had far more pleasant massages elsewhere. I have no plans to return.
