I have been using Dr Payne for several years and have had nothing but excellent service. From scheduling appts (shout out to Kayla at the front desk), to cleanings and other more in depths work, the staff and Dr Payne make going to the dentist as pleasurable as it is going to get. Ha

Been a patient for over a year. Front office failed to inform me that they were no longer in network with my insurance company when I came in for a cleaning and sent me a bill in the mail. When I found a new dentist and they did all the new patient x-rays, they found cavities that Dr. Payne’s office completely missed while I was a patient. So now I’m having to have all this dental work done that Dr. Payne’s office should’ve caught

I'm a dental patient of Dr. Jason Payne in Buford, Ga. On 10-5-25, I broke a crown and was in need of assistance and Dr. Jason Payne was not available and on scheduled leave until 10-9-25. Dr. Jason's Payne's office advised me to reach out to his brother, Dr. Justin Payne. I called Dr. Justin Paynes office in the early afternoon on 10-6-25 and explained to them what had happened. They immediately fit me in to their schedule that same day, less than two hours later, I was in their office getting a temporary crown. The entire staff was amazing!! The front office personnel who fit me in, the dental assistant "Savannah" who fit my crown and Dr. Justin Payne himself were all so friendly and accommodating. Keep in mind, I'm not even a patient at their practice!! I couldn't have been more

I thought the staff were very friendly, professional, and were concerned about my care. They were informative as well as Dr Payne and he was patient with all my questions. My hygienist, Kathy was also friendly, and showed compassion and concern for my care as well. Overall, excellent!!!
