This pharmacies behavior is Unacceptable a Spanish-speaking. Patient called to request an address change, and they informed the patient to speak English instead of providing accommodating services to better assist the patient. I complained to the supervisor Irina, who said they need to speak a little bit of English. We live in New York City, where people speak multiple languages And as a service provider in the health field, they need to be accommodating.
My recent visit to KZ pharmacy was pleasant and quick. Friendly and courteous stuff 5 STARS ALL AROUND *****.
Great service, exceptional staff, fast delivery & top-rated Pharmacy. Can’t recommend it enough.
Good people. Courteous. Sometimes late in delivery.
