Sadly, these folks don’t make the cut. They’re always running about 20-30 minutes behind which is difficult for scheduling purposes. They also sadly have poor bedside manner (especially Dr. Mitchell whose judgment is beyond poor with both her treatment and her language.). I would recommend going truly anywhere else that feels less commercialized and where they respect their patients. I hope you guys see all the recent 1 star reviews and find a better practice in the area.

I had a terrible experience. My husband visited the doctor for a check-up. Without explaining costs, the doctor performed a treatment. We later received a $290 bill. When I called, they said they'd waive the treatment fee, leaving us to pay $90. The next month lady who answered my calls prior never showed up on call. However, the next month, we received another updated bill of $180. After inquiring to my insurance company we got to know that despite multiple calls over three months and promises to waive the fee, they billed $811 to our insurance. They appear nice but are deceptive. Do not trust them.

I received treatment for Accutane here and it was a fabulous experience. Office staff were all amazing when checking me in. The dermatologists and assistants I saw were absolutely great. I mainly worked with Dr. Starr and her assistant Mitch. Fabulous fabulous experience. They always had wonderful bedside manner, explained things thoroughly and took the time to actually hear you as a person, not just a patient.

Visited Kuchnir Dermatology today 8/33/23 - It was a pleasant experience throughout. Dr. Tran has been my dermatologist over the last couple of years. Dr. Tran is competent, professional, direct, and remains in excellent communication with her patient. She shares important information, beneficial to her patient. I would be remiss not to mention also the excellent medical staff assisting as well. Being a retired nurse, I am impressed. Thank you....Sara Curry

I was a first time patient this summer 2023 with Dr. Mitchell. It was an afternoon appointment that started late, but Dr. Mitchell was apologetic and had a friendly manner, and the appointment was informative. Before I was directed to the patient room, a nurse handed me a surgical mask to put on and Dr. Mitchell wore one herself. The other office staff and doctors I saw were not wearing any masks. If you prefer to continue to mask in medical offices, you may prefer to request Dr. Mitchell. If you do not want to, you may want to enquire with the receptionist about your options.
