Kroger Pharmacy

Faster than expected. Friendly service. I normally would wait 15-20 minutes at Walmart for flu medicine. It was about half that time here.

They are often out of medicine. They completely stopped texting me notifications so I have to call to try and get info. They sometimes don't even try insurance unless you specifically ask them to run it. Probably just filled my last script here.

The Wylie Kroger pharmacy is great! The team members are all very nice and helpful. We’ve never had any problems with our prescriptions. Thank you to everyone on the team!

This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten texts saying my blood pressure meds are ready for pick. I show up and they aren’t ready. I talked to this lady in the pharmacy drive thru this morning saying okay I’ll come back around 2:00pm she said okay great. I show up at 2:10pm and she says “we don’t have anything ready” this is ridiculous. 3rd times it’s happened. She asked me to wait 30 minutes for it to be filled.

Your pharmacy hours are garbage. 6pm on Saturday? No other company closes down for a lunch break. Literally nobody. Stagger lunch breaks.I am moving pharmacies because you keep the most inconvenient hours.
