Kroger Pharmacy

Was given the run around with my grandsons medicine was told last friday they don't have enough to fill the whole prescription and the rest will come in Tuesday i told him i work out of town during the week and i won't be back in until friday he say that's ok it will be here. Came in yesterday to get the rest i was a lady this time she wouldn't let me get talking it's to early to refill when it wasn't a refill it was the rest that they had to order had to go back to urgent care and found out that someone in kroger pharmacy billed his medicine and even though i didn't get it all because it wasn't in stock and now it will be Tuesday before i can get it again what part of im out of town during the week theh don't understand was lucky enough to take him to his aunt and get the prescription sen

I've always had a good experience with the Kroger pharmacy but my husband picked up a prescription today for our dog and the girl that waited on him was extremely rude. The same girl has been semi rude to me one time as well. He doesn't hear well. He asked her to repeat her question and she hatefully said "nevermind". If you don't like your job then find a new one. If you don't like people or have patients with people then you're in the wrong job. Maybe you would enjoy your job more working in the back by yourself. I was so sorry to hear about this incidence and I hope someone will provide her with a little training on how to work with the public.

There is a tech that I would rather not identify because it would be obvious due to her gender and race at this location who it is. They make me feel extremely frustrated. No empathy, no sense of customer service, and I absolutely hate interacting with this person. Everyone else at the crosstown location in the pharmacy is kind. I work in customer service and I try to understand limitations and delays etc. This one tech is absolutely the worst person I've had to interact with. Literally I could go back years and not find one individual who made me feel this way. I have had issues with my 15 year old's medication due to things out of my control and even after just 24 hours he goes into withdrawal. We had originally switched over from Wally world because of their wait times and customer service. Not sure what has happened at this location in the past few months but now we are yet again going to another pharmacy due to long waits, strained customer service. I understand the frustration of being short staffed. Apologizing to the customers overtly is just not that professional.

The younger guy pharmacist is about as rude as they come. He doesnt care how long u wait. If u mention u called ur scripts in days ago he tells u that u can go somewhere else. This hasta be the worse pharmacy in the history of worse pharmacies. If ur needing meds filled u may as well go in and take ur place in the 2 and 3 hour wait cause they are not gonna fill anything u call in or ur doctor sends in until u show up.
