Kroger Pharmacy

A couple of the pharmacists are rude, act like your putting them out. Sometimes you have to wait, you can be standing at the window and are ignored, couple minutes later someone will say "we'll be right with you." There are a few staff members that are helpful and friendly.

I needed a prescription on July 4th, no where on the website or the phone message did it say the pharmacy closed at 3 pm. I called at 2:54 to see if it was ready and the girl told me it was ready but they close in six minutes. I told her I really need it today I have to work the next two days. She said well if you can make it here in six minutes. I told her I was on my way. I got there at one minute past three and the gates were pulled down and everything locked up. There was a girl locking up who was very rude. They didn't get that all shut down in one minute so basically the first girl told me to try and get there but they never had any intention of giving me my prescription. They don't care about their customers at all.

There are a few people that work there and are rude. People usually come to the pharmacy because they are sick and need medicine to get better. They act like the customers are putting them out.

I have been a customer for many years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have gone out of their way to help a couple of times when doctors' instructions have caused a problem.

Kroger Pharmacy is the most helpful in problem areas. I have always received excellent advice and direction from their Pharmacy staff. Thank you to each of those individuals who have always helped me
