Kroger Pharmacy

They actually cancelled a prescription of mine without contacting me! Had to use a refill to get the system to put it back in their system to fill (to begin with) and still wasn’t filled! It’s been two weeks. Even had my doctor call and they have him no explanation as to why it was cancelled or when they would be getting more in stock. It was for a widely used antibiotic so they should have had no problem stocking it.

Worst Pharmacy EVER. They tell you to come pick up and then tell you it's on back order and don't know if they will ever get it. Being on disability and having double hip replacement and being told lies , them filling it on one day and telling you you can't get it for several days after. I have seen them tell someone a lie and tell someone else something different. I can't believe that such judgemental and racist people who think they are better then you can work in a place like this and blatantly just laugh about it..

My dentist called in a prescription for antibiotics. I have to take the antibiotics at least 1 hour before appointments. They did not answer the phone . So the office left message for the prescription. And after checking 2-4 hours later and next morning there was no prescription. Thankfully this was not needed until next visit. I will be getting a written prescription and going elsewhere.

In the middle of working with a tech at the desk she told me to call my doctor for more information. I’m four steps away from the window when the entire pharmacy starts closing windows, shutting doors, and closing things down when I wasn’t done with the transaction. After asking why they’re shutting things down in the middle of working with me they tell me “it’s their break it’s going to have to wait” as they all walk away with an attitude leaving me standing at the desk. Absolutely horrible service. I’ll never understand how leaving a paying customer standing the desk in the middle of working with them ever seems ok. Find you somewhere else to go unless you enjoy poor attitudes.

I’ve yet to find a good pharmacy however Kroger on Ellerbe road has to be the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. They NEVER answer the phone, my prescription is late being filled 75 percent of the time. I have ran out of medication multiple times due to the incompetence of the people working here. If you take a medication that you cannot be without, I would not recommend using this pharmacy. Luckily this isn’t the case for me. The 2 star rating you see is very accurate.
