Kroger Pharmacy

Great pharmacy with a minute clinic that is great for when your kid gets sick or you have something like strep throat. The hours are posted clearly and it is always clean. Friendly staff always happy to answer any questions.

Came in and got my flu shot after making an appointment. I was seen quickly and the pharmacist was friendly and attentive.

Had several repeated issues w/ Kroger pharmacy located in Sandusky. Dr prescribed me an updated Rx and Kroger pharm failed to read the notes on the updated script, thus, it was never filled. Additionally, I received no notice of this script not being filled until the day that I went to pick up the script to which I was told "it's too soon" to fill this. Long story short, I contact my DR's office two additional times after this initial visit to the pharmacy, and they (in a very helpful manner) try to push SOME SORT of script through just to get me some medication. With Kroger, I spoke to two different people on two separate occasions. The entire time it was excuse after excuse as to why the initial script was not filled. Finally, I have two scripts sent to them in one day for the same medic

They will lie directly to your face and then hold your prescriptions hostage and when you try and transfer to a different pharmacy they are petty and refused to do it.

Long slow wait in line at the drive up window, but I understand that it's not the total fault of Kroger, some customers are to blame for being difficult and not having their business in order when it's their turn. But that's just some people. 🙄 Kroger Pharmacy however saved me a ton of money on my prescription, were very polite, and got my order correct. 🙂 To bad fast food restaurants can't do things as smoothly. 🤪
