Kroger Pharmacy

Sheer incompetence. The people working at the pharmacy are not competent to the very important job correctly. Late medications are a consistent problem with no adequate explanation.

The pharmacist is kind and helpful as are all of the pharmacy techs except one. It only takes the one tech who has poor communication skills, who doesn’t bother to be polite except when her boss is in earshot or eyesight to damage the image of the whole team.

My name is George and I have been coming to Kroger Centennial for over 20 years for my medications. The pharmacy staff is very nice and efficient. I highly recommend them, particularly Debbie and Jill who are always so kind and helpful.

A nice pharmacy experience because it’s not too busy so you can get personal service . We’re very satisfied.

I never had an issue with them until I moved out of state and had to transfer my prescriptions to a new pharmacy. I called to verify they transferred everything correctly and asked for a record of my prescriptions and every time I picked them up because there was a discrepancy with how many refills I had left. I was told I could come pick that up in person and when I explained I moved across the country and needed it emailed or mailed to me, I was told they couldn't do that. She gave me attitude when I questioned her about my prescriptions then was placed in hold for 13 minutes. I hung up, called my doctor and they are requesting the information for me. I had no issues before now and absolutely loved getting my medicine from them. I would not recommend them to anyone now.
