Kroger Pharmacy

Usually dont have an issue other than them running out of stock but this time i really think they’re getting high off our supply. They changed my refill date to over a month for no reason after telling me I can pick it up 28 days since my last refill. I initially called them to make sure they still have it in stock in case they don’t so I can call around other pharmacies early so I can get my refill on time. For whatever reason the guy was not listening and kept trying to educate me on why I can’t get the medicine early. Was not listening when I was just asking if they have it in stock so I don’t have to call around other pharmacies and kept telling me I can’t get it today( I never asked him to refill it today). I asked why they changed my refill date and that Im not asking for the refill

Jesus was extremely rude on the phone. He rushed and interrupted me when I was trying to explain what my need was over the phone (and I was talking fast)! I understand they are super busy but this is one of the reasons why I decided to start getting my prescriptions somewhere else. I plan on speaking with the pharmacy manager when I pick up prescription. Update-I spoke to the pharmacy manager that day and he was very kind and listened to what I had to say. He was apologetic and did what he could to rectify the situation. That was greatly appreciated!

I have been doing business with them for a long time and loved them until Monday's refill. 3 common medications that under their own program 2 of them are free and the other is $3 so that should tell you how cheap they are. I have Good RX Gold. Normally my 3 medications are $9 per month. Monday the price was $31.00. When I questioned why she told me she didnt know. So after some back and forth, she said she could give me a coupon and I would only pay $26. Well I gotta have them because they are for my blood pressure so I bought them. I looked up the price and they are 2.77, 2.53 and 3.78. I called them to question this and was told the pharmacist said the Good Rx Gold price fluctuates and the plain Good RX price would have actually been cheaper. IT HA S NEVER FLUCTUATED IN OVER AN EFF

Since I moved from Houston to the Richmond area I have been using this pharmacy but I recently had to transfer out to another local chain. This pharmacy has serious issues with the employees being under trained. They provide you wrong information and seem to now know what they are doing. On top of that they always have issues with their phone lines. The call never gets through. On one occasion I had this happen for 4 days in a row. I don't know if it's a tech issue but this has happened to me several times when I call on different occasions.
