Kroger Pharmacy

The pharmacy staff are great! They work really hard to get my prescriptions ready when I request a certain time frame. They are courteous, kind, and very helpful. I love Xuan Berry, and the other head pharmacist! When I first moved here I got my prescriptions from Walmart because they was closer, one trip done me in and I never went back. I’ve always had my prescriptions filled at Kroger’s in my previous hometown and have always had great service. These pharmacists are busy all the time so we all need to be as kind to them as they are to us. Give them a word of encouragement from time to time, I’m sure they will appreciate it.

I switched over to kroger pharmacy bc I shop at Ronceverte Kroger. Not very happy with their service. They need to hire more people to help get prescriptions ready. When I drop off or call in they may tell me 1 hour. I can come back the next day and it still isn't ready. The people are friendly but they need some help. When Fritz pharmacy closed they were overwhelmed with new customers. So they should be able to hire more help. You lose good help when they get pressured and I know I'm not the only one who walks out unhappy.

The pharmacists and staff really work hard to deliver excellent service. They all like to educate customers about their medications (how they work, potential interactions, side effects, etc.) They also provide sound advice about over the counter products. They are candid at times, which makes them more valuable. An example of how the team goes above and beyond: I was recently prescribed a little known medication which required the pharmacy to be approved to dispense the medication due to restrictions. In order to receive the medications, I needed labs performed with the pharmacy entering the lab results into an FDA database. Cindy worked all day on receiving the ability/approval to dispense the drug. She also immediately order the medication and had it for me the very next day. She took a

Kroger pharmacy.. I'm not sure I don't use Kroger s pharmacy. I use CVS pharmacy. CVS is Aewsome. Newly renovated... A new drive through and new face lift all together inside as well. It's really pretty nice as RX s go in Lewisburg wv.

Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, before someone came to the window to tell me to hold, for another 15 minutes. WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend at all.
