I am a transplant patient. Required to get full body checks yearly. Rejection drugs can cause cancer. My husband has been chronically ill. In and out of hospitals out of state. I have not been able to keep my appointments. Canceling prior to them. I finally was able to get in, having some iserious problems , while he was hospitalized locally. Amanda Cornwell worked me right in, immediately removed two bad cancerous spots to biopsy. Made future appointments for the rest. Yes I said rest. Her 👩‍⚕️ , Ashley, was as kind and wonderful as Amanda was. Such a burden off my back. I have always loved this practice and people in it.

Had a few things that needed treatment, including a melanoma, and this office has taken care of everything in a timely and professional manner over the last few years. Haven't really experienced any attitudes, as some have said. I just go in and get what I need and no problem. I'm not there to make new friends. If you're showing up late and getting mad, that's on you. It's not fair to the other patients or staff. Grow up and get to things on time! I would recommend this office.

I can’t even give this a 1. The receptionist was so rude to me both on the phone and in person. I was late today (2 minutes past your ridiculous 15 minute cut off) but I drove an hour for my appointment and it had to be rescheduled. I called in advance to explain. I have been a patient with this office for several years. Life happens sometimes and your rigidity and unprofessional attitude was unnecessary. Your receptionist would not give eye contact, never smiled and basically ignored me when I approached the window. She was also rude to a person she had on hold on the phone line. I will definitely be looking for a different provider. Your office should be ashamed of how unprofessional and uncaring the receptionist treats your patients. Kindness is free. You should find some. This place is absolutely terrible. The receptionist was extremely rude to me on the phone, and I was informed their "policy" is to reschedule after 15 minutes. I waited MONTHS for my appointment. When I came into the office, their supervisor encouraged their rude behavior and did the same! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Over all the doctor is nice and does a great job! Doctors office is clean ect ect BUT seems that one of the nurses that work there feels the need to be SO RUDE to me first appointment she didnt want to fully show my mother how to give me my shots or even hear me out when I tried to speak to her ! Every time I call she gets rudder and rudder !!! You catch more flys with honey then ya do vinigure!!! It truly makes me want to find a differnt doctor because of how rude she is to me ! When you work in a field that has you working with people you should make them feel like your here to help them not here to make them feel like a bother ect ect
