Kroger Pharmacy

Ordered refills for 1/7/26. 1/8/26 still no prescriptions, checked website 2 filled (no notification sent they were ready) 1 on hold (out of stock) due approx. 1/10/26 - this would mean going without medication for 2 days. 1/10/26 still nothing, tried calling multiple times no answer. I finally called another store, to see if they had it in stock they did, but could not fill because no refills available. Store @ Frederick Blvd. finally called back she was rude and unapologetic. I informed her the other store could fill the prescription but they had to cancel the refill at their location first. "Its cancelled, they can fill it" and she hung up. There is no excuse for this, i should have been informed that my medication was not available and given the option to have filled at another loc

Gracious and genuinely caring. I really could not have asked for a better experience. I intitially went in to clarify some confusion I had about the app and see if my Hubby's dentist called in a prescription. Every staff member greeted me and that was nice. With patience from the staff, I got the clarity I needed and a refill request was immediately sent to his dentist. This being a Friday, it was so reassuring that the staff here was so willing to help try to get his medicinal needs met. Well, the dentist did finally call in the antibiotic, and the staff was quick to get it filled. I am so grateful that we can now enjoy a pain-free weekend. My heart-felt gratitude to the Kroger Pharmacy and their dedicated, caring staff.

The staff is not personable and while they had 4 people on the floor i observed only half of them actually working to help customers. Whenever you call to check on your rx they either answer the phone and give you attitude our don't answer at all. Leaves A LOT to be desired

This pharmacy needs a revamp. I have been trying to get a hold of the general manager. The drive thru is always closed. The pharmacist is always rude and agitated when asked questions about medication and reactions. The pharmacy techs are the most helpful. However recently they have been short staffed and that’s the reason for prescriptions delays. A lot of medications are always on backorder. I just decided to switch my prescription to another pharmacy altogether. Krogers in harbor view Suffolk is nice and I’ll be willing to drive the 20+min to get quality service.

I’ve never had an issue until I met Jeniffer. She was rude, unprofessional, and had a horrible attitude. She then asked numerous questions about my shot record which made me feel even more uncomfortable since no one there is part of my physician care team. It’s essentially not their business who has had what. It was a poor experience all around. I hope I never have to deal with that employee again.
