Kroger Pharmacy

Honestly just go somewhere else. The pharmacy techs are nice, but the on staff pharmacist has horrible manners and zero people skills. Trying to get any information out of her was like pulling teeth and was very stone wallish about answering any questions I had. I've been to many pharmacies around the DFW area and never had any of them be this unhelpful, rude, or roll their eyes at me while I asked questions. If she hates her job so much she should find something else to do because it's appalling to have someone working in the last leg of the medical industry have that type of behavior considering that is the duty of a pharmacist, to answer questions and assist patients when they have issues with their medications.

I've been using this Kroger pharmacy FOR YEARS. Anytime there's a staff change you have to get to know new people and allow them to know you. Im in the hospital frequently and have done business various places including the pharmacy within the hospitals. I have had to go to other locations for the products or wait for them to be ordered, but that's not necessarily the pharmacy's fault. I will always choose Kroger and almost always THIS location (although others have been equally as good). 😊

After horrible service at Walgreens and Texas Star Pharmacy, I switched to Kroger. Their staff has been wonderful! Service is fast and efficient and most importantly, communication has been great.

I’m confused? We go here because we avoid all the problems below by using Kroger’s pharmacy. A lot of your posts are a few years old and I suggest giving them another chance now. I never, ever encounter issues and some of yours below I have dealt with as well at other pharmacies down the street. And you will also find the best price there too! I’ve had to switch to HMO insurance, but even when I had PPO, they found a way to get my rx lower than the PPO cost. As for the staff, they are always helpful and very respectful. I can’t stand awkward, pushy pharmacists and staff, especially judgmental attitudes. This is NOT the case from my experience in the past 2 years at Kroger. They are excellent!

I don’t know if it’s me or if it’s them. Numerous times have I been told a script would be ready at this time or that. Come to find out it’s not even looked at or ready! Then I’m told it would be ready that day before 2. AGAIN come to find out it’s not even ready and I get some excuse. They use to be really good at their job. Now I really dread coming to get my scripts. It’s the closest to my house is the only reason I stay with them. Not to mention their attitudes. I get it that working with customers isn’t easy. Yet when I am understanding, the attitude isn’t appreciated. If I was giving attitude I could understand what I give I get back. This isn’t the case. They are just rude as….. Anyways the rest of Kroger is always awesome! Nice cashiers and staff. Just not at the pharmacy! That’s f
