Kroger Pharmacy

Best pharmacy in area. Pharmacists are always helpful, even assisting me in choosing over the counter medications. Tracy, Darryl, and Tim genuinely care. They are always busy but find time to get my medication in a timely manner. Will always choose and recommend Kroger pharmacy. If I could I would give 10 stars.

Paris Store is one of a kind! The employees are outstanding, professional and FRIENDLY no matter how crazy it gets! It means so much to me when my favorite pharmacist remembers my name out of all the customers at this store! Amazing group of employees!

A great pharmacy to work with. Always very helpful, fast and courteous.

The pharmacy has some of the rudest women with the most dullest personalities ever!! They are the same in person and on the phone. If you don’t want to work stay home!! Sometimes you can’t get anyone to answer the phone. When you have customers face to face it takes less energy to smile and greet them, then it does to frown and look at them like you wish they would have stayed home. I know I have zero tolerance for rudeness and I’ve had to keep my mouth shut a couple of times, I’m genuinely a nice woman but I can match their energy just the same. Be kind to customers at the counter and drive thru and be nice over the phone.

Very busy store due to the variety of items. Great place for fresh fruits and vegetables. Also has fresh meats. Lots of discounts for Kroger members which I am. Your purchases earn points off at the Kroger gas station. Only problem is that with the self checkout areas is they are not always both open when it’s busy and people are backed up in a long line. They have cameras there and people watching you check out but when you need help, some of the younger staff have attitudes and don’t want to be of assistance. There are a couple of ladies working there who are so helpful and always smiling.
