Waited over 30 minutes to get my vaccines because the employees didn’t care much to ensure they had the right vaccine on a pre booked appointment! Good job on wasting my time

I have moved all my scripts. to a new pharmacy. This place has become a complete joke. Not all the Techs. are bad. But there is plenty enough to make for a usually bad experience. And aperantly Corporate doesn't care. This has been going on for years. Act like they are doing you a favor for making money off you. It would be funny, if it wasn't so damned sad.

Every month I call in my father meds because they like to hung up on him do to his stuttering and everytime they are rude I mean come on if this is an inconvenience for them they all should get a new job somewhere else not everyone is mean that is calling you and if you go and pick it up they are even worse I've been trying to get my dad to just have his meds ordered in his insurance website. I also know nothing will be done about the rudeness. Also they forget a lot of his meds and try to over charge you

Worst pharmacy experience ever. I spent 2 1/2 hours getting a Rx filled that I had already called to confirm it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, they said it had been put back on the shelf because I hadn’t picked it up. Since this morning?! I was told 35 min so I ran an errand. Returned 45 min later and was told it wasn’t filled because my insurance company only covered a different brand of generic drug. They dismissed my efforts to explain my insurance coverage with this med. I gave up and said I would pay for the cost of the med just to get it. Told to wait in nearby chairs & they would let me know when ready. I sat for 30 min when another staff asked me what I was waiting for. Turns out not it was filled, put away, and nothing said to me. I asked why I wasn’t notified, 3 people ch

Every time I call there and try and talk to the one girl, she has the biggest chip on her shoulder and will not listen to what I am asking. She keeps talking over me and repeatedly says “like I just told you” which had nothing to do with what I was asking. It’s a complete waste of time calling there because you can’t get anything accomplished when she answers the phone. I also recently had SPINAL SURGERY and had to have my pain medication upped. My surgeon, pain specialist and insurance company called to speak personally with the pharmacist to explain the circumstance to her. I was on a three way call with my insurance company and heard the pharmacist say “I can’t believe he is still alive talking that much pain medication”. This is not something a pharmacist should be saying to anyone. T
