Kroger Pharmacy

I cannot say enough about the service provided by the Pharmacist (Ashley) and the staff at Newnan Crossing Kroger pharmacy. I had to get some medication and the Dr’s office could not get the amount right multiple times. Ashley went above and beyond to help me navigate the conversation with the Dr’s office and finally get the medicine at the correct amount. Big box stores often get a bad rap, but the team at this Kroger is OUTSTANDING!!!

10/10 experience. I was very sick and they got my prescriptions ready in less than 20 minutes. The female pharmacist was so empathetic with my needs and helped me find some medications in the store to help with symptoms I was experiencing. Highly recommend to anyone and will be using this pharmacy from now on!

HORRIBLE!! Female pharmacist refuses to take responsibility for her pharmacy screwing up with my son & I’s scripts. She said it’s a failure on the system that I never got a call or text. Her tone is cold and uncaring, she sighed loudly several times when I was crying about not having our life saving INSULIN. She said it’s not her fault the medications didn’t come in. Which yes I agree, but she could try and find another way to get them or call another location to see if they were able to fill for us. My insurance ended on Aug. 1, and the staff voided the original fill date LAST WEEK when my policy was still active, and tried to fill today. Scripts were rejected for termed, they cancelled everything and never reached out. So we are SOL and that lady doesn’t care. I’m so upset and scared. No

Another one of these pharmacies that can't do follow-up. I have to call the doctor to do my own prescriptions and they close for lunch. It's hard enough for me to get by there during the week let alone go to a pharmacy that's closed everyday for lunch. They could at least leave one attendant to help customers, they have no idea what our situation is and when you have an injury and it's difficult to get to the pharmacy, it's worse when you have to wait at the store or come back, I will not be using this pharmacy anymore
